Dell上门把电脑硬件修好后~

开机出现 ‘ BOOTMGR is missing Press Ctrl+Alt +Del to restart'

于是我重装系统，结果出现‘windows cannot install required files. The file does not exist. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0*80070002’

要怎幺办啊？
