This room has full furniture like table, chair and a single bed. It has a built in wardrobe. You'll share one bathroom and toilet with another person. You'll have high speed wireless internet connection. Gas cooking. The house is located in a quiet street with No.61 bus service. The backyard is big and private. You'll have a car park in front of the house. 5-10 minutes driving to both Woden shopping mall and Tuggeranong Hyperdome shopping center. Supabarn and petrol station are only minutes walking away. By driving via the parksway, you can get to city in 20 minutes. It is very convenient if you work/study in woden or tuggeranong area. The price is: $160 a week, including water, elec, gas and internet.
