The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2 year experience, the ability to work autonomously and able to manage all aspects of individual conveyancing matters.
The Applicant must have experience in residential conveyancing and off plan residential experienced.
We seek an individual with an extensive knowledge of conveyancing laws and practices as well as the ins and outs of a sales contract.
The successful applicant must have a good work ethics, superior communication skills, attention to detail and be friendly and professional.
This is a part time or full time position with attractive commission incentives in place. Pay is negotiable for the right applicant as well as days and hours.
The applicant must can speak fluent in Mandarin
