A friendly and comfortable place to live. It is generally a quiet place.
Easy access to Adelaide Uni, UniSA (East and Magill Campuses) and RAH. Near supermarket, top quality fruit & veg shop, bank, post office and restaurant. Close to the Paradise Interchange.
To farewell each other, we had a Chinese-like banquet 4 days before Lily left for China. We all agreed it feels like a family here. I can provide them as references if you would like to contact them.
There's currently 2 young Chinese women students sharing this room with one study desk in the room. There is a separate study area in a room next to my study. There is a study area in the lounge room. For two people sharing the room, the lodging amount is a little higher.
We can provide either one or two beds.
Some of the things we have done include: croquet, watching movies (with sub-titles) and with lots of discussion between us, and bush-dancing. I have also helped with English for OET and IELTS.
It's not just a room you get. The lounge room is hardly used here, so you can definitely use it.
The bus (504) via the O-Bahn to the city has only 6 stops and takes 18 - 20 minutes. Where we are enables us to always have a seat on the bus, which enables one to read or study or send SMS messages.
Other buses closeby include 104, 177, 178, 125.
Electricity is included in the rental amount.
There's an ADSL2+ connection in the bedroom; 60 GB/month - included in the rental amount, and a wireless telephone is available - you only pay for your telephone calls.
We have two new 520 litre fridges, a $3,000 top-of-the-range Miele washing machine, a drier, two indoor clothes' airers in an 'access' room, a wide electric treadmill, a stepper, an exercise cycle and weights bench, an 80cm LCD TV, black leather lounge suite and 3 large, black leather pouffe foot stools.
The room has 2 single beds (but the room would support a queen-sized bed if the large desk were changed for a more compact one, (which I would provide), wardrobe with cupboards on top, chest of drawers with shelving on top, night table, large bookshelf, very large ergonomic desk, $300 ergonomic chair, ducted r/c a/c outlet, a waste-paper basket and a dirty-linen basket.
If anything is needed in the kitchen or elsewhere, I will probably purchase the best available. This is what I've done so far, and it makes the place quite livable. My goal is to be able to continue to live here with nice people.作者: harryren 时间: 2016-6-13 01:14 AM
