Ray White Griffith is a real estate agency who is proudly recognised as industry leader in the Griffith area. While the industry is booming and to support our expansion expectation, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Determine marketing objectives, strategies and programs to support the company’s growth and development;
- Undertake market research in both domestic and international (especially Chinese) target markets to identify market opportunities for existing and future properties;
- Produce marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information in order to determine real estate market requirements;
- Analyze data regarding customer patterns and preferences;
- Advise on all elements of marketing such as pricing, advertising and sales promotion;
- Develop and execute plans for major types of marketing and advertising media, including brochures, newspapers, online ads, videos and E-newsletters;
- Determine and monitor the company’s marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are delivered within defined budgets;
- Report on all marketing activities and results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in marketing;
- Strong bilingual communication and writing skills (English and Chinese);
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
- Profound multi-tasks ability and problem solving skills;
- Excellent in marketing data collecting, analysing, and presenting;
- Be creative, innovative, and self-motivated.
