An opportunity has been created for an experiencedProduction Coordinator with proven success in managing and leading a productionteam. The key focus of the role will be strong leadership skills and beinghands on to lead a capable production team, ensuring jobs are delivered withinthe required timeframe and that quality standards are met consistently.
The Production Coordinator is a key member in the manufacturingmanagement team and is expected to contribute to the development ofmanufacturing strategies and to ensure there is a continuous improvement planto the production processes.
Key responsibilities will include production scheduling,rostering, OH&S, quality assurance and equipment maintenance.
You will bring initiative, the ability to manage shortand changing timelines and priorities and strong organizational skills. Youwill be capable of mentoring and motivating with a strong will to succeed. Yourhistory of success within a production management role and commitment toservice excellence will combine to bring outstanding results.
Experience within the FMCG industry would be advantageousbut not essential.
Multi-Lingual skills such as Mandarin or Cantonese arebeneficial.
Thisis a full time position. We will base the salary package on skills andexperience.
