Overseas technical support senior engineerDescriptions:
1.
Responsible for providing technical support of ouroverseas products pre and after sales;
2.
Cooperate the clients with system solution,selection of product types and technical communication;
3.
Responsible for the training for clients of theproducts or business;
4.
Response to client’s warranty and compliant callspromptly. Then provide maintenance and replacement service;
5.
Learn about the latest local Photovoltaic policyand submit market observation reports regularly;
6.
Visit clients regularly and feedback their adviceand suggestions of our product. Provide market demand information of ourproducts.
7.
Help the Marketing to maintain and developpotential clients.
Qualifications:
1.
Can use English as work language;
2.
Bachelor or above degree in power electronics,energy related engineering major will be Preferred. Having overseas study oroverseas work experience is preferred;
3.
Givepriority to those who have ability of PV system design and technical support ofinverter, frequency converter and UPS;
4.
Excellent expression ability. Strong communicationand overseas survival skill;
5.
Honest, good professionalism and professional ethics, hard-working;
6.
Have a driver'slicense, male or female;
7.
Work place: Australia. The stationhas office and a car is configured.
