An opportunity has been created for an experienced MaintenanceFitter with proven success in maintaining a safe and efficient workplace in aFMCG environment. The Maintenance Fitter will beinvolved in providing maintenance support to ensure optimum production capacityand productivity to achieve a high degree of efficiencies, cost effectivenessand safe practices.



The Maintenance Fitter is a key member in the maintenanceteam and is expected to contribute to the development of manufacturingstrategies and to ensure there is a continuous improvement plan to the manufacturingplant.



Key responsibilities for this position are:



? To develop and maintaina solid preventative maintenance program

? To work within agreedbudgets that has been allowed for the maintenance department

? To maintain and organisedocumentations that are required for the maintenance department

? To have the ability toprioritise and manage machine repairs with utmost urgency to minimise machinedown time.

You will bring initiative, the ability to manage shortand changing timelines and priorities and strong organizational skills.



A background in maintenance/engineering management and experiencewithin the FMCG industry would be highly regarded.



Multi-Lingual skills such as Mandarin or Cantonese arealso beneficial.
