Course Start Time and Getting to ICTE-UQ2 ]/ L4 W# n: S0 c0 Q9 k8 \; o

Your English program starts on Monday, 9 May 2016 at 8:15am in the Sir Llew Edwards Building (Bldg 14). You have been scheduled to attend the Bridging English Program (BEP) morning classes which are held from 8:15am until 12:45pm each day, Monday to Friday.6 U\K; k2 `. ~

Please bring a copy of your passport with you for your check in at Orientation on Monday. For assistance with finding your way to the UQ campus and the ICTE-UQ building, please view our guide Information on Getting to ICTE-UQ.

! I8 j$ I: o0 SAttending on Monday is compulsory. Late arrivals for BEP are not permitted. If you arrive late, or do not attend Orientation, you will not be permitted to undertake the course. If you cannot arrive for your course on 9 May, it is important to notify us by sending an email to tesol.enrol@icte.uq.edu.au, including your full name and student number along with the reason you are not able to start your course.

" x# d( e1 [% [. Q: l' xPlease view our Planning Your Arrival guide for helpful information prior and during your stay. We strongly recommend that you to bring a laptop to access ICTE-UQ's online learning platform, Macmillan English Campus (MEC), during your course. The MEC software is not currently mobile-device friendly. Students can access MEC from any of the computer facilities located in the campus libraries. However, you may find it convenient if you can use the program in your accommodation.! A2 ]4 s7 Y9 t+ j$ V

You should have received an Internet Activation email from the University of Queensland. Please ensure you activate your internet access for use on campus. Please visit the ICTE-UQ Building (Bldg 14) Level 5 Reception desk during your first week if you do not receive this email.
