标题: 近城，位于city和Flinders大学正中间，出租2个卧室！现在可以入住！ [打印本页] 作者: 大米有点咸 时间: 2014-5-22 12:00 AM 标题: 近城，位于city和Flinders大学正中间，出租2个卧室！现在可以入住！ 室友一个是只会说英语和粤语的香港男生， 另一个是澳洲本地的白人小伙子。全部房间都是双人大床，每人的房间里有大书桌、椅子、queen size床和衣柜，总之搬进来就能住；因为其中澳洲小伙子是花匠，所以整理花园的工作不需要你share，由花匠小伙负责。100／w单人 share bills，因为是双砖的老房子（内部重新装修过），所以没有中央空调，因此电费正常，水电煤合计平均每天2.5元。房间大大，每个房间都有自己的门锁和钥匙；关键是室友都是说英文的，能够有一个语言环境。而且人nice 干净有礼貌，房东会所有人轮流打扫室内的公共区域。总之不会和讨厌麻烦的人同住，是个好的学习生活环境。也不与房东同住，房东是很好的中国女生，只是每个月过来收一次租金。现在有两间房available（其中一间是主卧）二月初有第三间卧室available。联系email：tangtangsd@yahoo.com.cn (请在email里简述自己的情况，年龄、来自哪里等等）手机：04695 47486Rooms are fully-furnished and each room has its own lock; wireless internet plus use of all facilities.Rent is $100/w for single roomMaster Bedroom is 130/w + all bills (about 2.5/day includes gas, water, electricity).
