有兩間房間要共用衛浴

含: 水 internet (adsl2)傢俱 (桌椅衣櫃 queen-size bed, etc)
近 griffith uni, IGA,...etc

雖然很近距 bus stop 18,18a (southport) 步行 3~5mins, 但其他bus stop
有點距離~~~~有車比較方便

地點: Molendinar PS. 有自己的停車

If you don't have a car or don't wanna to walk,
this house may not be ideal for you. (otherwise it's perfect)
