亲爱的澳美移民团队，
我写这封信，是想表达我深深的谢意，感谢你们为我所做的努力。

I am writing to express my deepest thanks to you, the AUSA team for being such a wonderful migration agency.
Two years ago, I first met AUSA on the General Skilled Migration seminar presented by AUSA and endorsed by Chinese Student Association of UNSW (CSA). As a member of CSA, during the involvement in the preparation and organization of several skilled migration seminars presented by AUSA Migration, I witnessed the dedicated and generous efforts AUSA has been making for overseas students over these years. And I was so impressed by the professional and informative styles of AUSA Migration.
When I began to think about doing something for my future, a couple of friends immediately recommended AUSA to me, which actually occurred to me once I considered finding an agent help me with my application.
We went through all the initial steps efficiently, signing the contract, explaining the Code of Conduct of registered migration agent, preparing for all requested forms. I was still amazed by your professionalism in handling student immigration case. I really appreciate your help for the whole preparation and application process of my immigration case so that I was able to get my skill assessment on time and my permanent residency in such a short time (applied on 23rd of April and granted on 7th June).
At the beginning, I did not even know that I was eligible to get the skill assessment from CPA. My bachelor degree is Bachelor of Commerce with accounting and marketing as my specialisations. So I am not sure whether I can meet the “9 subjects” criteria. However, with your experience, you looked into my academic transcript carefully and explained to me in a very professional way telling me that once I completed the course I would be qualified to get the skill assessment. Otherwise, I will not even try to apply for the permanent residency.
In addition, I appreciate your efficiency of work. Not only every staff from AUSA responded to enquiries immediately, but also is very familiar with the application process. Before getting my IELTS result, all my documents have been ready. So when I got my IELTS result on the 23rd of April, you helped me lodge the application on the same day within one hour!
