Car park available. 5-10 minutes driving to both Woden shopping mall and Tuggeranong Hyperdome shopping center. Supabarn and petrol station are only 5-10 minutes walking away. By driving via the parksway, you can get to city in 15-18 minutes. It is very convenient if you work/study in woden or tuggeranong area. The price is: $160 a week, including water, elec, gas and internet.
