Financial Investment Manager Queanbeyan NSW

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our investing division of an group company as Project Investment Manager.



The position is full-time and requests working and living in Queanbeyan NSW.




Occasional travelling overseas (mainland China) is also requested.


You will be responsible for the following duties:



? Financing from existing and potential clients from mainland China

? Searching for opportunities of project investments mainly in real estate with great potentials

? Provide comprehensive assessment and well communicate with company’s management team (Mandarin & Cantonese speaking desirable) .

? Able to provide effective investment recommendations; and generate well-structured analysis report.

? Manage post-invested projects.




To be successful in this role you need to possess the following key skills and attributes:


? Target oriented and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

? With Integrity and honest characters.

? A good team player.

? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, English and Chinese.

? Visionary and detail minded.

? 3+years experience in finance industry, preferably real estate related.

? Finance related education background.


Salary Negotiable dependingn on experience.
