Store Manager (Melbourne + Sydney CBD)






EasyWay Tea is an international, multi-award winning franchise specialising in tea, with an extensive range of unique tea related beverages. Currently with outlets in operation around the world including 50+ stores in Australia, EasyWay has a rapid increase share in the beverage market, powered by its popular tea beverages and product innovations. We are currently looking for experienced Store Managers and Full-Time Staff to join our friendly and busy team.



Your main duty includes:

Cash handling
Staff management and development
Stock management and control


To be successful in this role you will possess significant experience within in the hospitality sector and demonstrate the following characteristics:

Providing excellent customer service

Strong organisational skills and highly motivated

?

Ability to delegate and lead by example

?

Ability to speak both English and Chinese (please do not apply if your english is not good)
