An opportunity has been created for an experienced MaintenanceFitter with proven success in maintaining a safe and efficient workplace in aFMCG environment. The Maintenance Fitter ensures the daily FactoryOperations at Makmur Enterprises Pty Ltd are running efficiently by ensuringthat all machines are well maintained through a preventative maintenanceprogram. The role encompasses the manufacturing maintenance strategies and thepreventative maintenance processes required in meeting the company’sobjectives, marketing demand and customer requirements.



The Maintenance Fitter will be involved in providingmaintenance support to ensure optimum production capacity and productivity toachieve a high degree of efficiencies, cost effectiveness and safe practices.



The Maintenance Fitter will provide effectivemaintenance services to the Makmur Enterprises Pty Ltd plant, equipment andfacilities whilst providing class A1 finished products at the best practicestandards of safety, quality, and efficiency outlined by the Makmur EnterprisesPty Ltd policies and procedures.



The Maintenance Fitter is a key member in themaintenance team and is expected to contribute to the development ofmanufacturing strategies and to ensure there is a continuous improvement planto the manufacturing plant.




Key responsibilities for this position are:



? To develop and maintain a solid preventative maintenance program

? To work within agreed budgets that has been allowed for themaintenance department

? To maintain and organise documentations that are required forthe maintenance department

? To have the ability to prioritise and manage machine repairswith utmost urgency to minimise machine down time.

You will bring initiative, the ability tomanage short and changing timelines and priorities and strong organizationalskills.



A background in maintenance/engineeringmanagement and experience within the FMCG industry would be highly regarded.



Multi-Lingual skills such as Mandarin orCantonese are also beneficial.
