申请新西兰旅游签证的表格里有一个 Are you or any other person included in this application presently subject to military service obligations in any country?Yes or No
我觉得应该是选NO, 但是选了NO， 就要求If you have answered No, and you/they are a citizen of a country in which compulsory military service exists, please give details. 不知道这个compulsory military service是什幺， 有没有高手知道的？
