About the company


Based in Dandenong South the company has experienced consistent growth over the last few years. As a result of this growth the opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales administrator to join this expanding team.


About the Role

Under the direction of the customer service manager this varied role will see you managing a range of sales support functions in support of 7 sales representatives nationally.


Day to day responsibilities will include:

?    Answer all incoming calls from customer & installer ensuring strong customer service and support

?    Allocate the leads to the sales rep and update the feedback ensuring all information is accurate

?    Action any requests from sales representatives

?    Work closely with team members to support representative nationally

?    Provide basic support for customer queries

?    Provide ad hoc administration support to the internal sales team

?    Update and maintain customer account information





Skills & Experience

?    Previous experience in a sales support role

?    Strong administration and organisational skills

?    High attention to detail coupled with strong data entry skills

?    Excellent communication skills both over the phone and via email

?    Understanding of solar products will be an advantage

?    Ability to learn new products quickly and confidently liaise with customers
